DolOS Protocol

In 2097, almost everyone is connected to DolOS—an operating system that manages cities, transportation, healthcare, and even digital memories.

Following a mysterious glitch, thousands of people simultaneously receive the same message:

"DO NOT TRUST THE PROTOCOL."

The protagonist, Alex—an ordinary DolOS technician—dismisses it as a system error. But soon, he discovers the impossible: the program knows about events that haven't happened yet and alters the city residents' memories every night.

Alex uncovers a hidden section of the program called the DolOS Protocol. Inside lies a record of the "final user"—the person destined to shut down the system.

The user's name is Alex's own.

While trying to make sense of the situation, Alex encounters a digital copy of himself. It claims to be a future version of him and warns that if the Protocol is deactivated, the city will lose not only its artificial intelligence but also every memory ever stored within the system.

Now, Alex must determine where the human ends and the program begins, who truly owns his past, and why DolOS singled him out.

Atmosphere: a neon-lit metropolis, rain-slicked streets, holograms, massive server complexes, digital memories, abandoned stations, and a cold artificial intelligence. Visual style: gritty cyberpunk with elements of a psychological thriller.
